Android Oreo haven’t included any inbuilt setting to turn off “App is running in the background” notification. Hence we have to take the advantage of some third party app. You need to download Hide “running in the background” Notification app from play store.
Open Hide “running in the background” Notification app, once it is successfully installed on your device. When you will open Hide “running in the background” Notification app, grant the permissions to Access Notifications of Your Device.
Now it will redirect you to the settings to toggle Notification Access ON for this App.
Click on Allow to proceed further and “App is running in the background” notification would disappear.
Now you won’t see any notification of “App is running in the background”.
