Microsoft pushed the Cumulative Update for Windows 11 22000.160 (KB5005189) to the existing users on the Windows 11 22000.132 build. This update comes with a new Clock App with Focus Sessions to the Windows Insiders on the Dev Channel.
A new Clock App appears with new Windows 11 visual and a must need productive feature after the Snipping Tool, Calculator, Mail, and Calendar. A Clock Focus Sessions will help a user to stay focused on the things that need to be completed. It will also consider digital health norms that need to be followed by the users.
Focus Session includes Focus Timer and Habit Building features to track the time required to complete the work. A Clock App has also integrated Spotify Music and Microsoft To-Do List App to keep you on track.
Microsoft has also started tracking the average time required by your PC to install new Windows 11 updates. Estimated time is listed on the Windows Update page, Power Menu option under the Start Menu, in Restart Notification, and the Update icon on the left end of the taskbar.

Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22000.160 is released as a free upgrade to Windows 10 users. Windows 10 users have to join Windows Insider Program on the Dev or Beta Channel in order to download Windows 11 KB5005191.
The Windows 11 22000.160 file size will be around 3-4 GB and it will take approximately from 30-60 minutes to upgrade to Windows 11. This build will consist of all the features including the 22000.132 build. Additionally, this build will also include a new Clock app with the Focus Sessions.
Microsoft Released the first Windows 11 ISO File
Microsoft has announced the first Windows 11 ISO file for Build 22000.132. The Windows 11 Insider Preview ISO files are officially available on their portal. You have to be a member of the Windows Insider Program with a Microsoft Account to download the ISO files from their portal.
Windows 11 64 bit ISO files are available for Home, Pro, Education, and Home Single Language. You can upgrade as well as clean install Windows 11 using its ISO file. Double click on the downloaded ISO file to mount it to the file explorer and run the Setup.exe file to Upgrade by keeping Settings and Personal files. Make Windows 11 Bootable USB using the same ISO file and later clean install on your PC.
